Target System Taxonomy 

InnovaPrep technologies are designed to recover both molecular and particulate targets from complex matrices—ranging from nucleic acids and proteins to cells, vesicles, microbes, and environmental or engineered particles. 

 

These targets originate across diverse real-world contexts, including clinical and biological systems (patient specimens and biomarker workflows), environmental systems (air, water, wastewater, soil, and surveillance sampling), food and agricultural systems (produce, dairy, beverages, and plant-associated environments), and industrial or engineered systems (process water, oil and gas fluids, and manufacturing streams).

Biological Targets:
Intact or structured biological systems ranging from microorganisms to subcellular components.

  • Metabolites (small molecules, metabolic byproducts)

Environmental & Atmospheric Particulate Targets
Naturally occurring and anthropogenic particulate and chemical targets present in environmental and atmospheric systems.
